High School Cooking Competition Using 'Hamamatsu' in Mie Prefecture

High school students from Mie, Hokkaido, and Tokyo gather in Mie Prefecture for a cooking competition, each hoping their dish will take the prize. This year’s challenge centers on Kuwana City’s famous hamaguri clams, and the students must balance tradition with creativity. Will the local team’s vinegared rice recipe, inspired by a classic method, be enough to edge out the competition?
