秋は「七五三」の季節です。「七五三」は、子どもたちが元気に成長するように祈る行事です。
福岡県の太宰府天満宮には、毎年5000ぐらいの家族が「七五三」のお参りに来ます。
この神社では、11日から、お参りに来た子どもたちに、「祝い袋」を渡します。
神社の人たちは10日、袋に、あめやお守り、アルバムなどを入れて、準備をしていました。
神社の人は「子どもたちの健康と成長を祈って、ひとつひとつ丁寧に袋を作っています」と話していました。

Autumn is the season for 'Shichi-Go-San'. 'Shichi-Go-San' is an event where people pray for the healthy growth of children. Every year, around 5,000 families visit Dazaifu Tenmangu in Fukuoka Prefecture for the 'Shichi-Go-San' prayers. At this shrine, starting from the 11th, children who come to pray are given 'celebration bags'. On the 10th, the shrine staff were preparing by putting candy, amulets, and albums into the bags. A shrine staff member said, 'We are carefully making each bag with prayers for the children's health and growth.'
