来年4月から「技能実習」の制度をやめて、「育成就労」の制度が始まります。
日本に来た外国人に働いてもらいながら技術を教えて、3年で「特定技能」のレベルになるようにする制度です。外国人に働いてもらう会社は、普通は100時間以上日本語の授業を用意しなければなりません。
この制度が始まる前に、川崎市川崎区は、8月から日本語の授業をすることにしました。川崎区は住んでいる人の10％ぐらいが外国人です。
授業はオンラインで行います。生活の会話や読んだり書いたりできるようになってほしいと考えています。
川崎区は、「日本語を学ぶ機会をつくって、会社や生活でコミュニケーションしやすくなるようにしたいです」と話しています。
