熊本県氷川町は、今年7月の地震で大きい被害がありました。
子どもたちが通う保育園でも、窓ガラスなどが割れました。
その保育園に16日、「くまモン」が来ました。くまモンは熊本県のキャラクターでとても人気があります。
たくさんの子どもたちが、大きい声を出して喜びました。そして、みんなでくまモンと一緒にダンスを踊って、楽しみました。
5歳の男の子は「くまモンと踊るのが楽しくて元気が出ました」と話しました。
保育園の人は「つらい経験をした子どもたちが、楽しい思い出を作ってくれたらうれしいです」と話しました。
